VTuber Face Reveals: Who Has Shown Their Face?

VTubers perform through an avatar, and whether they ever show their real face is one of the most searched questions about them. This page tracks what each VTuber has actually done, based on what they have shared on their own channels. We don’t publish leaked or unverified photos, and we update each profile when something changes.

Why most VTubers never show their face

Anonymity is part of what VTubing is. It protects creators from stalking and harassment, keeps their private life separate from their work, and lets them build a character without being judged on looks. Agencies like Hololive treat it as part of the format, and many independents, from Ironmouse to Sinder, have said it’s simply what makes them comfortable. That’s also why so much “face reveal” content online is clickbait: the demand is huge and real reveals are rare.

How to tell if a VTuber face reveal is real

  • Check the source. A real reveal comes from the creator’s own Twitch, YouTube or social accounts, not from a clip channel.
  • Watch out for cosplay. Popular VTubers are cosplayed constantly, and those photos get re-labeled.
  • Look at the date. April Fools “reveals” are a tradition.
  • Skip leaks. Leaked photos are shared without consent and are often of someone else entirely.
